In May, Putin also announced plans to establish an international AI alliance, bringing together scientific, academic, and business communities from multiple countries. The goal of the alliance is to deepen international cooperation on developing sovereign AI models, creating interconnected computing and energy infrastructure, and adapting AI technologies to local needs, the president said.
